Acara Solutions is seeking highly qualified candidates to work onsite with our customer in Fremont, CA.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Other duties may be assigned.
- Individual will work at Semi Mechatronics Products, a Lam Research Company, in the customer service department and report to the customer service manager.
- Interacts with customers, company sales and/or service representatives via telephone, email, text, chat or through other social media platforms, to handle a variety of pre-sales or post-sales service functions.
- Receives customer requests for quotations and new orders.
- Receives and prepares documents related to processing returns (RMA), servicing and exchanges.
- Meets with production on status of new sale materials and updates sales commits to customer to match.
- Helps to expedite orders as required by customer due date.
- Records and reports the status of equipment returns, repairs, replacements, sales orders, and delivery schedules.
- Ensure service information accessible by sorting and filing documents/forms.
- Handles requests for additional company materials.
- Maintains records of returns, schedule changes, product enhancements or changes and product pricing, and resolves return credit problems.
- Processing orders, forms, applications, and requests.
- Providing feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
- Communicating with customers through emails, calls, meetings.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.
- Data entry in MRP systems.
- Getting production status in different departments to provide accurate commits.
- Knowing our products inside and out so that you can answer questions.
Here's what you will receive:
Pay: $36.25/hr
Duration: Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8am-4:30pm (onsite)
Required Skills / Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 5+ years' experience as a Customer Service Support
- Advance level of Microsoft Excel
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite
Preferred Skills / Qualifications:
- SAP is a plus.
- Vocational or technical training or equivalent a plus.
- Knowledge of LAM systems a plus.
