THE ROLE: Field CTO/Technology Evangelist - Digital Services Practice

About the role:

As a Field CTO, We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technology Evangelist to help drive customer engagement, sales enablement, and Go-to-Market (GTM) for our Digital Services Practice focused on AI initiatives. This role will possess deep technical expertise in cloud-native services, AI-driven accelerators, and a proven ability to drive sales motions through partnerships with AWS (and/or Azure). This role will bridge the gap between technology and business, positioning our solutions to accelerate cloud adoption and drive innovation for our clients.

Travel Requirements:

In this role you will be expected to travel up to 50%. This is a remote position based in any location in the United States.

About the Practice

Our Digital Services Practice operates globally, focusing on:



  • Application Development: Full SDLC, app modernization, and development.
  • Data & Analytics: Driving client outcomes through actionable insights.
  • Advisory & Strategy Services: Delivering ideation, innovation, and design thinking expertise.
  • Industry Alignment: Tailored offerings for Media & Entertainment, Healthcare & Life Sciences, Public Sector, and Fintech.
  • Presidio HAI - AI Solution and Accelerators: Automating SDLC processes and accelerating application & data modernization.


Responsibilities:

Customer Engagement & Sales Enablement



  • Serve as a trusted technology advisor in client conversations, aligning their business objectives with our AI-driven accelerators and cloud-native solutions.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to identify and nurture opportunities, ensuring alignment with client needs and market trends.
  • Enable sales teams with training, tools, and frameworks to articulate the value of our offerings.


GTM Strategy and AWS Collaboration



  • Develop and execute joint GTM strategies with AWS (and/or Azure), aligning sales motions with their cloud services (e.g., ECS, EKS, Lambda, Redshift).
  • Position our accelerators as key enablers for speeding up cloud adoption.
  • Foster strong partnerships with AWS teams to showcase our capabilities and co-market solutions.


Team collaboration and Positioning



  • Work with delivery teams and product teams to understand the capabilities and articulate with customers and sales teams.
  • Act as a bridge between technical and business teams to implement tailored solutions for application development, data analytics, and cloud services.
  • Promote the adoption of cloud to address client challenges and unlock new opportunities.


Evangelism and Industry Presence



  • Represent the Digital Services Practice at industry events, conferences, and client engagements.
  • Build awareness of our technical capabilities and accelerators among clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Advocate for our AI-driven innovations and cloud-native solutions through thought leadership, blogs, webinars, and whitepapers.


Presidio HAI (Human-AI Collaboration Framework)



  • Champion the integration of the HAI framework into client solutions, driving automation and innovation across SDLC processes.
  • Highlight HAI's capabilities in leveraging human input with AI to accelerate application & data modernization and improve business outcomes.
  • Position HAI as a strategic differentiator in the Digital Services portfolio.


Required Skills:



  • Proven ability to collaborate with AWS (and/or Azure) to drive joint GTM initiatives.
  • Deep understanding of AWS services (e.g., ECS, EKS, Lambda, Redshift) and experience aligning them with business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of AI and generative AI technologies and their application in solving complex problems.
  • Expertise in SDLC processes, application modernization, and AI accelerators.
  • Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders alike.
  • Strong presentation skills to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.


Desired Skills:



  • AWS certifications (Solutions Architect, Developer, or Specialty) are highly desirable.


Education & Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field OR equivalent experience and/or military experience.
  • Overall 12+ years of experience in a technology position with a strong focus on cloud-native architectures, AI-driven solutions, and customer engagements.
  • 6+ years of presales experience
  • 6+ years of experience in a technology leadership role
