What The Role Is This position will be responsible for investigating and reporting fraudulent activity within consumer and business accounts. The position works closely with various lines of business to complete thorough investigations to mitigate fraudulent activity/loss to the bank and attempt to recover funds, in the event of a loss. * Complete detailed multi-page narratives of investigation findings, refer to BSA if necessary and review all cases for completeness and accuracy Who You Are * College degree or equivalent work experience Required Skills: * Excellent analytical, oral and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications: * Previous BSA/AML, fraud, loss prevention or other financial investigative experience Characteristics * Regular and reliable attendance. *Remote within Alabama, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Louisiana, Mississippi, Missouri, Tennessee, and Texas.
