OverviewThe Consumer Growth Engine & Integrated Marketing (CGE/IM) Team is seeking an Executive Business Administrator (EBA) to support the VP of CGE/IM and assist with other team needs, including calendar management for General Managers within the team. CGE/IM is a fun, fast-paced, and exciting organization at Microsoft, there is always something happening! The Executive Business Administrator will report to the VP of CGE/IM within the Consumer Marketing Organization. This role requires communication & collaboration skills, proficient organizational skills, attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, strength in navigating and juggling multiple priorities, and discretion in handling confidential information. Respect, inclusivity, integrity, and a high level of professionalism dealing with stakeholders inside and outside the organization is extremely important. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete work quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without always having the total picture. This role has an in-office requirement, in Redmond, WA of 2-3 days per week to match the work patterns of the CGE/IM Leadership Team. ResponsibilitiesExperience planning and scheduling eventsExperience with MS Office and Productivity software including Word, Outlook, Teams, and Excel Experience managing and maintaining a complex calendar to ensure accurate scheduling and organizationExperience coordinating travel, including on-the-ground logistics Experience with MyOrder for the creation & management of Purchase Orders or simliarExperience coordinating scheduling and logistics of team meetings, All-Hands, events and offsites, including venue selection, meeting details, and material preparationExperience providing team support, including headcount management, budget, morale events, distribution management, and other tasks/projects
