Senior Manager II, Communications & Operations
Description Plans, manages, and coordinates multifaceted retirement communications program activities and member services operations personnel; exercises leadership to create, design, implement, assess, and revise programs or activities of the section.
Qualifications Required
- Any combination of education and experience equivalent to a bachelor's degree in communications, public relations, business administration, finance, or a related field.
- Five (5) years of experience in business administration, communications, retirement services, and/or member services, some of which are in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Advanced degree(s) beyond the minimum degree requirement in a relevant field may be considered for some experience.
- Knowledge of current theory, practices, materials, and methods used in communications and/or marketing.
- Familiarity with retirement management fund practice and financial market performance.
- Proficiency in the use of technology and data compilation, analysis, and reporting.
- Ability to effectively lead teams in multiple projects.
- Ability to train, supervise, and evaluate the performance of staff, taking corrective action as needed.
- Ability to establish and maintain successful cooperative working relationships.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing.
- Ability to facilitate meetings and/or present information to groups.
Preferred
- Master's degree.
- Project Management Professional (PMP), Professional Certified Marketer (PCM), Lean Six Sigma.
Salary Range $111,845 - $170,147
