Applications Administrator Associate

Job Summary: This Applications Administrator Associate oversees the configuration, maintenance, and daily administration of the organization's SharePoint site, ensuring efficient content management, data security, and user accessibility. Additionally, this position includes supporting the development, optimization, and troubleshooting of EHR applications and system integrations, along with providing user support. The role also serves as a backup for EHR training, content creation, and technical assistance, improving system usability and ensuring smooth operations. This position will plan, develop, and monitor application systems to ensure that both SharePoint and EHR solutions remain operational and aligned with business goals, while also maintaining thorough documentation of procedures, configurations, and changes to support transparency and continuity.

The ideal candidate can work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate consistent, reliable attendance.

Regular, predictable attendance is an essential requirement for this position. Other duties may be assigned. May require a flexible work schedule.

Education:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Sciences, Statistics, or related field.
  

License

Required:

• Current and valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Experience:

Required:

• 1-2 years of relevant knowledge and experience with electronic health record application system administration.

Hours: Full-Time.

Workdays: Monday - Friday.

Workhours: 8:00AM - 5:00PM.

Salary: $78,762.32 annually.
