**Can work from NYC, Philadelphia, White Plains, but needs to be able to travel to Woodbury for leadership meetings (travel reimbursement available)**

Responsibilities and Duties:
* Provide strong financial leadership to Firm Managing Partners by delivering thorough financial analysis, business insights/recommendations, and strategy to drive action to sustain and improve Firm's performance.
* Prepare, monitor and drive achievement of operating budgets and forecasts for productivity, revenue, profitability and operating costs.
* Implement and monitor internal financial controls, policies, and procedures.
* Manage firm's cash flow, banking and vendor relationships while monitoring cost controls.
* Responsible for escrow and IOLTA accounts and proper recordkeeping.
* Work with local CPA firm to prepare year-end tax filings and annual GAAP financials.
* Model financial impact on potential business opportunities (i.e., group or lateral hires).
* Evaluate the firm's accounting system with experience in leading the implementation of a new system.
* Ensure Financial protocols and procedures are well documented, monitored and adhered to.
* Protect the Firm through effective risk management strategies.
* Oversee the Accounting, Billing & Collections, and Financial Reporting & Analysis teams to ensure consistent and accurate financial reports/analysis are produced in addition to timely billing and collections.
* Partner with Senior Directors and back-office support teams such as HR, Marketing, and IT to enhance Firm onboarding/exiting procedures. Oversee Senior Directors to create presentation materials for Equity Partner offsite meetings.

Qualifications and Skills:
* Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Business Administration; Master's Degree preferred
* CPA
* 10+ years of experience in professional services with a multi-office management background preferred
* Strong leadership qualities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to understand and present financial data and act as an advisor to a diverse management group
* Strong management skills with a need to be responsive to ensure completion of multiple financial projects
* Able to understand and mitigate the key elements of the Firm's risk profile
