Title: Full Stack Developer - Winchester ERP
Location: Clayton, MO
Additional locations may include East Alton, IL

Salary: $82,000 - $128,000
Schedule: Hybrid schedule available of up to 2 days remote per week

Focus: The Full Stack Developer is responsible for maintaining the current application environment while planning the development of the next phase roadmap of current applications. Will require collaboration with product managers,
sales teams, and other user stakeholders to determine upgrades, transformation, and/or potential retirement of existing solutions. Position is intended to support development work within all Winchester system application environments.

Full Stack Developer Essential Job Functions:
  • Collaborate with various stakeholders to improve software functionality and performance
  • Analyze and enhance systems using latest available technologies
  • Develop and maintain robust databases and application structures across Winchester systems
  • Lead strategic initiatives for application interfaces
  • Optimize and enhance existing technologies; Assist in the planning and execution of upgrades and migrations
Full Stack Developer Minimum Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree* ; Information Technology, Computer Science, or Engineering disciplines preferred
  • Minimum of 3 years of system configuration, development or related experience
  • Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer or in similar software development roles(s)
  • Experience with the design and implementation of client and service side architecture
  • Familiarity with common full stack development frameworks and technologies
  • Proficiency in multiple front-end languages, such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML, and jQuery
  • Strong knowledge of back-end languages, such as C#, APEX, Java and Python, as well as JavaScript frameworks such as Angular, React, Node.js
  • Experience with Azure and containerization tools
