Overview:

This role serves to plan, coordinate, implement and evaluate the operations and patient care services of the Non-Invasive Cardiac Testing department. Services provided include stress testing, echocardiography, cardiac monitors, and EKG's. The Supervisor functions as a clinical resource for coworkers through preceptorship and ongoing education, covers shifts within the department as needed, and leads the team through process improvement initiatives. Incumbent is expected to perform duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and mercy service standards.

Qualifications:

• Experience:Two years' experience required in patient care.
• Preferred Experience:Supervisory experience
• License/ Education:Must have a current RN Temporary Permit/RN license in the State of Missouri .
• Preferred Education:Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred
