Electromechanical Assembler

• Mount, connect, and secure components using hand-soldering techniques
• Assemble and test electromechanical components based on specifications
• Perform quality control checks and escalate issues to the production supervisor
• Conduct repairs or rework as needed
• Maintain a clean, organized work area
• Follow test and packaging procedures

• Must be able to hand solder and pass internal certification, with good dexterity to handle small components. Attention to detail and the ability to follow detailed instructions are essential.
• 0-1 year of manufacturing or related experience is preferred. Previous soldering experience or training is a plus.
• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and perform repetitive tasks with attention to detail. Some areas may have exposure to heat, dust, or other minor inconveniences, and visual focus is required for assembly and testing.
