We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Sr Program Manager focused on Product Readiness to join our team, reporting to the Manager, Program Management under Product Operations. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of working cross functionally to ensure new products are market-ready and excels in leading teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. The position is remote with potential for travel up to 10% of time.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Leadership:Lead development, communication, and execution of comprehensive product readiness strategy including go-to-market and post-launch plans.

  • Process Improvement:Drives processes that elevate our go-to-market planning and ensure operational readiness for product launches. Champion continuous improvement using innovative ideas to increase effectiveness.

  • Project Management:Work across organizational boundaries to ensure that all go-to-market goals and critical milestones are met. Manage program risk by communicating issues and mitigation plans to all levels including leadership and recommending solutions.

  • Product Readiness: Drive operational readiness to ensure that the product is able to be properly marketed, sold, contracted, trained, billed, supported, and reported against. Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders around key activities.

  • Change Management:Ability to drive change and create team alignment. Sees the connection points across initiatives and calculates the impact to adoption. Demonstrates flexibility and adaptability to ongoing changes.

  • Communication Strategy: Effectively communicate and share program health status with executive leadership, owning escalation paths, and driving decision making.

  • Risk Mitigation: Ability to proactively identify risk, work through mitigation solutions, and understand impact to dependencies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in product readiness, program management, go-to-market strategies, or a related field.

  • Direct experience with product launch processes in a highly matrixed organization.

  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.

  • Ability to think critically and strategically to address complex problems and develop effective solutions.

  • Knowledge of product development methodologiesincluding Agile and SAFe.

Bonus Qualifications

  • Experience working in a B2B software companywithin the healthcare technology industry strongly preferred.

  • Experience in building and managing program plans, risk logs, intake forms, and automated notifications within Smartsheet strongly preferred.

The base salary range for this position is$120,000 - $140,000.In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed hereTeladoc Health Benefits 2025.Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
