We are looking for someone to own the discovery, planning, development, and launch of core functionality related to online booking platforms. This role will focus on optimizing our scheduling tools by monitoring performance, addressing points of failure in the booking process and introducing features to unlock capacity. This role will also take point on scheduling metrics and performance data, with the goal to provide useful insights for leadership and decision-making. Strong data tools will also help our internal teams quickly review performance metrics on demand to build better strategies and relationships. This role requires strong and proactive product vision, commitment to user research, and an affinity for data analysis/diving deep. The Sr. Product Manager will champion best practices in the software development life cycle to deliver value for our members and providers and unlock efficiencies in supporting the product throughout the organization. Leads and contributes to development of company objectives and principles to achieve goals in creative and effective ways. Exercises independent judgment in methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for obtaining results. Focuses on providing thought leadership and works on broader organization projects, which requires understanding of wider business. Recognized internally as a subject matter expert. Perform research and lead stakeholder and customer interactions to identify product needs and learn about current-state systems and market trends. Manage a prioritized product roadmap that addresses product needs and aligns with overall company objectives. Communicate progress on initiatives to various levels of the organization, including timelines, progress reports, status tracking, risk analysis and release notes. Collaborate with technical counterparts to develop requirements, and to proactively manage and prioritize the product backlog, release plans, and sprint backlogs according to business value, complexity, and expectations. Complete product documentation and summary material, including workflow diagrams and product guides. Keep stakeholders involved by gathering input and communicating progress; demo incremental functionality internally to impacted areas. Provide Product support for build vs buy decisions and identify and evaluate vendors to meet clinical tooling needs when necessary, including creating and facilitating structured RFI/RFPs. Establish KPIs to track and measure product success, clinical efficiency, and future development opportunities. Support other large-scale Product Development activities, as directed by the senior team. Work closely with the Product Management team and stakeholders to understand and fulfill the product vision and roadmap. Manage key project risks and issues, including appropriate escalation to Product Manager and Executive sponsors as needed. Work collaboratively with the appropriate Clinical, Business and/or IT leads to track implementation (including UAT, Deployment, sign-off of documentation, etc) of requirements. If and when business ownership "gaps" are identified, this role may be asked to fill those gaps until the correct business owner can be identified and trained. Support internal departments such as sales, client management, clinical operations, operations enablement, and marketing with necessary product knowledge.
The time spent on each responsibility reflects an estimate and is subject to change dependent on business needs. Supervisory Responsibilities No Qualifications
Bachelor's degree required in Computer Science, Business, Logistics, or equivalent work experience. 5+ years of direct product management experience with scheduling platforms, inventory management, workforce management, or demand planning or equivalent. Demonstrated ability to successfully manage competing priorities and maintain close attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to think creatively and critically, to synthesize data and draw insights, formulate and validate hypotheses based on data. Direct hands-on experience with writing user stories, grooming backlogs, and coordinating/prioritizing conflicting requirements. Strong analytical abilities and prior experience with building business cases, product requirements documents, data analysis, and problem solving. Comfortable working independently and communicating through multiple levels in the organization. Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills. Excellent asynchronous communication and writing skills.
Bonus Qualifications
Experience in Healthcare industry scheduling is a plus. Previous experience working with Agile software development teams, Agile development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Product Management tools such as Productboard, Aha, Pendo, Amplitude, or similar.
The base salary range for this position is$120,000 - $155,000.In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed hereTeladoc Health Benefits 2025.Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions. #LI-SS2 #LI-Remote
