As part of the Transformation Management Office, the Director will be responsible for expertly leading and driving strategy, process, technology, and operational efficiency projects for cross-functional teams and in direct alignment with Teladoc Health's growth and business transformation journey. Key leader in developing Teladoc Health Business Transformation programs, goals, objectives, stakeholders, and approach. Lead Business Transformation project intake process; evaluate new project proposals, team capacity, and assign projects accordingly based upon project prioritization as well as availability and skillset of team members. Accountable for planning, forecasting, and managing a portfolio of projects through the project lifecycle including those with the highest level of complexity, risk, and strategic impact. Lead strategic planning process and execution against strategic plan for business units and ensure continuous improvement and alignment of goals. Analyze project portfolio for strategic goal achievement, prioritization, resource optimization, connections across projects, and change management themes Lead large programs and projects with appropriate governance and standards in collaboration with department leadership and monitor performance across project teams to support a consistent approach. Lead a team of managers and project managers, ensuring day-to-day project management activities including overall project status, resource load, and health of the project are appropriately managed and governed. Drive project engagements as a technical, facilitative, and analytical expert; consult with project teams, coach project management personnel, and use data-driven metrics to measure success. Manage activities to ensure successful project results through clear ownership and roles, identify project risks early, with specific focus on higher level and cross-project dependencies; develop mitigation recommendations and strategies, and form productive networks with internal business leaders to manage expectations and integrate diverse perspectives. Interface with external clients or vendors, as required, to ensure appropriate engagement and accountability in conjunction with internal resources and activities. Identify key talent and build an environment that attracts, develops, inspires, and retains professionals. Foster and enable the professional development of staff through training, challenging work experiences and ongoing performance evaluation and feedback. Ensure consistency, efficiency, quality, and integrity in all Teladoc Health projects and output. Collaborate with TMO team members on continuous team learning and improvement ideas. Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience driving process, technology, and operational efficiency projects for cross-functional teams in mid to large organizations. 5+ years leading project management teams and demonstrated experience running large scale projects effectively. 10 years successfully implementing business and technology initiatives involving multiple stakeholders across business units. 5+ years of experience presenting to executive leaders.
Preferred Qualifications:
Project Management or related Certification (e.g.: PMP, PMI ACP, PMP, Six Sigma, ADKAR, Prosci). Experience in business and/or management consulting Experience analyzing complex business problems and crafting compelling business cases to propose new ideas. A high-level of oral and written communication skills is required as well as the demonstrated ability to work under pressure, think strategically in problem solving and decision-making, Effectively manage activities and coordinate with staff in other Teladoc groups and external vendors to deliver services and information. Evaluate performance, ability to differentiate various performance levels, and assist in career development planning for employees within responsibility. Proven track record of influencing, and relationship building skills that inspire trust and quickly build credibility between key stakeholders.
The base salary range for this position is$140,000 - $160,000.In addition to a base salary, this position is eligible for a performance bonus and benefits (subject to eligibility requirements) listed here:Teladoc Health Benefits 2025.Total compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to, type of position, location, education level, work experience, and certifications.This information is applicable for all full-time positions.
