Overview:

Start Date: June 16, 2025

In this role, you will generate qualified opportunities through outbound calling that will drive pipeline and ultimately generate revenue for PTC. You will prospect non-PTC customers to drive new logos. As the main point of contact, you will also have the important role of representing PTC to both existing and potential customers. The Inside Sales Sales Business Development Representative is part of a team of about 30 highly motivated individuals that function with a "work hard, play hard" work ethic. This role provides substantial opportunity for career growth. If you are looking to start your career in software sales or take your career to the next level, this position may be for you.

Responsibilities:

  • Execute marketing-qualified leads and prospects within install base of accounts as well as existing and non-existing accounts
  • Conduct outbound calls to generate opportunities and set up meetings
  • Accurately record activities (calls, emails, demos) of leads within Salesforce.com
  • Answer incoming calls and emails in relation to sales questions
  • Assist in the execution of campaigns within your territory
  • Work with cross functional groups such as Marketing, Customer Success, and Sales Operations

  • Professional phone presence and excellent written/verbal communication skills

Experience:

  • 0-2 years of professional experience

Minimum Qualifications:

  • High school degree required, Bachelor's Degree a plus
