    As a Process Account Representative, you will be providing a vital service by implementing, monitoring, and evaluating chemical delivery systems. You will take ownership of account applications at the customer site and ensure they have the service needed to operate in a safe and compliant manner while supporting our customer's needs.

    As a Refinery Process Treatment Account Manager, you are responsible for:

    • Working in a safe and deliberate manner, ensuring HSE compliance, including safe, reliable chemical transfers

    • Following Sales and Service Standards at key customer accounts to ensure compliance

    • Demonstrate good communication with interpersonal skills and an ability to build trusting relationships with teams and customers

    • Interpreting technical data and sending service reports to identify recommendations and solutions a daily/weekly basis

    • Providing account management to understand customer needs, requirements and potential sales opportunities

    • Collaborating with team members to drive projects, technical sales and innovative solutions that bring value to our customers

    • Ability to perform field work such as chemical deliveries & transfers, pump repair, field sampling and lab testing

    Fuel your passion

    To be successful in this role you will:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Engineer/Science or related discipline or Associates degree in Science or Applied Science with applicable experience.

    • At least 6 months of experience in the following; refinery operations, sales, industrial process, industrial water, or water treatment. The focus being on process treatment.

    • Be a motivated self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to lead and solve problems

    • Have a solid understanding of demulsification, corrosion control, fouling control, process treatment and finished fuel additives (this experience is preferred, but not strictly required).

    • Comprehensive understanding of customer requirements, refinery market conditions, and how process treatment plays a role in compliance, operations, and efficiency.

    • Demonstrate excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills including but not limited to communicating complex technical content to a range of audiences.
