Our workforce pipeline programs increase the number of students pursuing careers in healthcare, especially students in rural and underserved communities. Additional Information: Responsibilities: The Vice Chancellor for Regional Programs (VC-REP) supports UAMS' mission by:
Identifying and promoting new opportunities for the use of UAMS Regional Campus resources to accomplish UAMS enterprise-wide goals and objectives.
Collaborating with the provost, the dean of the COM, the chair of the DFPM, and the director of the primary care service line to design, implement, and sustain new regional campuses sites and primary care training programs in rural and underserved communities.
Providing strategic leadership and operational support of UAMS-REP personnel, finances, and infrastructure for the eight UAMS Regional Campus Centers and the six affiliated family medicine residencies.
