Description Ledcor Mining is seeking an experienced Maintenance Superintendent to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for the execution of mobile equipment maintenance, ensuring that standards, policies, and procedures are developed and implemented. You will also be accountable for achieving equipment performance targets and work management KPIs within the constraints of the maintenance budget. This includes quality control, safety, and the delegation of work to field staff, contractors, and tradespeople to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
