Group Vice President (GVP) - Dialysis Operations in GA & SC

Location: Remote-Hybrid with frequent travel to dialysis clinics in Georgia and South Carolina

Summary:

Innovative Renal Care is seeking an experienced Group Vice President (GVP) of Dialysis Operations to oversee clinic operations across Georgia and South Carolina. This role is responsible for driving business growth, financial performance, patient care quality, and regulatory compliance. The GVP will lead Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) and clinic leadership teams, ensuring that all clinics and home dialysis programs achieve key business and patient care objectives.

The ideal candidate is a strategic healthcare leader with a proven track record in multi-site operations, business development, and financial management. This position is remote-hybrid but requires frequent travel to clinics throughout the region.

Essential Functions:



  • Provide strategic leadership and oversight of dialysis clinic operations, including direct supervision of at least one Regional Vice President (RVP) and clinic leadership teams.
  • Develop and implement market growth strategies, including clinic expansion, home dialysis program growth, and physician relationship management.
  • Lead by example, upholding Innovative Renal Care's mission and core values.
  • Ensure all clinics and home programs meet financial, quality, and regulatory targets while maintaining cost-effective operations.
  • Oversee monthly financial and quality performance reviews, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective action plans.
  • Partner with Medical Directors and regional leadership to drive high-quality patient care and clinical excellence.
  • Maintain survey readiness and ensure all dialysis clinics comply with regulatory and company standards.
  • Work with regional and clinic leadership to ensure a safe, sanitary, and compliant physical environment.
  • Drive culture, employee engagement, performance management, and succession planning within the group.
  • Oversee performance management, annual reviews, and recognition programs to foster a high-performing, patient-focused team.
  • Promote a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a strategic partner across multiple departments to align company objectives with clinic operations.
  • Regularly meet with Medical Directors and leadership teams to review clinic performance and governance.


Required Education and Experience:



  • Bachelor's degree in healthcare or business-related field is required (Master's preferred).
  • 10+ years of healthcare management experience (dialysis experience preferred).
  • Proven multi-site leadership experience with strong business acumen and financial oversight.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute strategic growth initiatives in healthcare.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across Georgia and South Carolina.
