Group Vice President (GVP) - Dialysis Operations in GA & SC Location: Remote-Hybrid with frequent travel to dialysis clinics in Georgia and South Carolina Summary: Innovative Renal Care is seeking an experienced Group Vice President (GVP) of Dialysis Operations to oversee clinic operations across Georgia and South Carolina. This role is responsible for driving business growth, financial performance, patient care quality, and regulatory compliance. The GVP will lead Regional Vice Presidents (RVPs) and clinic leadership teams, ensuring that all clinics and home dialysis programs achieve key business and patient care objectives. The ideal candidate is a strategic healthcare leader with a proven track record in multi-site operations, business development, and financial management. This position is remote-hybrid but requires frequent travel to clinics throughout the region. Essential Functions:
