Staffmark is seeking an experienced and highly organized Administrative Assistant to provide a full range of administrative and clerical support to our department in Nashville, TN. This role involves performing a variety of complex, sensitive, and confidential tasks to ensure the smooth operation of the team. Pay: $26.44 per hour Shift: 1st office schedule (Monday - Friday, typical office hours) The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for creating PowerPoint presentations, managing office supplies, sorting incoming mail, and greeting visitors. You will also cover the reception desk as needed, provide backup support, and oversee team calendars. Additional duties include coordinating meetings, travel arrangements, and departmental events, as well as preparing itineraries, agendas, and processing expense reports. You'll also assist in designing department-specific spreadsheets and databases, compiling reports, proofreading documents, and maintaining confidentiality while supporting special events and team activities.
