Staffmark is currently seeking an Workplace Operations Coordinator for our client in Austin, TX. Pay: $23-25/hr Shift: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday As a Workplace Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for dating, collecting, sorting, and distributing mail across various departments. You'll handle the intake, sorting, and distribution or scanning of legal mail and documents for the legal team. Communication is key, as you'll connect with stakeholders weekly via Gmail and Slack and coordinate with courier services for scheduling pickups and deliveries. You'll scan and email mail and packages to the appropriate partners, ensuring that all mail is sent out in a timely manner. Maintaining and updating the mail tracker spreadsheet will be crucial, as well as working closely with Workplace Operations and Security teams to ensure the timely delivery of time-sensitive mail. You'll also be tasked with ordering and maintaining mailroom supplies, scanning employee mail into Envoy, and assisting with personal item returns. Additionally, you will travel between Austin offices as needed, complete tickets, book training rooms, and support day-to-day office operations. Employee Benefits:
