The Medical Graft Technician: Ensure allograft tissue is accurately processed, measured, labeled, packaged, and documented in a timely manner. In conjunction with Quality Control, responsible for operating and ensuring processing equipment is in good working order. Traditional Processing equipment includes, but is not limited to, band saws, drills, scissors, scalpels. Specialty Processing equipment includes, but is not limited to, skin meshers, TMI bone grinding equipment and vacuum sealers. Accurately monitor time-sensitive processes with regard to allograft tissue manufacturing. Assist in orientation and training of new employees as assigned. Complete assigned tasks in the processing area in a timely manner. Perform other duties as assigned. Must be guided by the highest level of integrity and people-centered care. High school diploma or equivalent required. Work Environment/Physical Activities: Requires heavy lifting, continuous levels of standing and is physically demanding. Some areas of Manufacturing may require the ability to work around high magnetic circuits or magnetic fields. Requires good eye-hand coordination skills.
