Qualifications:



  • Enrolled in a degree program related to maintenance from a college or university
  • Valid driver's license
  • Basic understanding of electrical, mechanical systems, and general maintenance processes and methods. Demonstrate mechanical skills
  • Works well as a team member
  • Working knowledge of tools and how to safely use them
  • Proficient written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to follow direction
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for long periods of times


Job Responsibilities:



  • Aid the maintenance team in performing routine inspections, preventative maintenance, general repairs, machinery predictive or corrective repairs.
  • Supports the maintenance team in diagnosing and repairs to mechanical, electrical, plumbing and general equipment.
  • Travels with maintenance staff to other clinics to assist with urgent calls or routine duties.
  • Assists in maintaining the facility, including keeping work areas clean, organizing tools and parts inventories.
  • Willingness to take direction form technicians and supervisor.
  • Follows all company safety practices and other policies.
  • May be assigned duties independently.
  • Other duties as assigned
