About the Role

The Business Analytics Intern provides students with the opportunity for professional growth and development, and an excellent opportunity to develop and build a career. This position will report to the head of BA and will support President & CEO as needed.

We are seeking a dynamic, energetic, and responsible intern to join our growing organization who is eager to learn about our company. In this position, you will learn about our business as a specialty pharmaceutical company and how our organization operates.

Responsibilities

  • Generate reports and presentations, including financial models, to story boards and presentations to share with senior level executives
  • Support and maintain business development, organic growth projects, and programs including tracking and reporting materials, and state of readiness to share with senior level executives
  • Develop and maintain strong partnerships throughout the organization, with a key focus on the direct staff to the C-suite and C-suite personnel
  • Serve as a communication connector to senior level executives and rest of organization as applicable and required to ensure timely updates and reporting, and alignment throughout the organization
  • Ability to maintain strict confidentiality for business development and projects
  • Perform other duties related to the position as necessary

Required Qualification & Skills

  • 3-5+ years of applicable internship & work experience
  • Currently enrolled in Vanderbilt University Owen Graduate School of Management (MBA) - 2nd year student
  • Demonstrated academic success & held leadership roles
  • Excellent software & analytical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite
  • Motivated to manage new projects
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives
