You will also be responsible for checking in new vehicles, organizing the sales lot, assisting the sales team, and prepping vehicles for sale and delivery all in a manner aligning with Our Values and Lexus' highest standards.

Job Responsibilities



  • Check in and prep new vehicles for sale, physically and in appropriate systems.
  • Manage lot organization throughout the day.
  • Support sales team with guest needs.
  • Deliver vehicles to off-site locations.
  • Consistently conduct closing duties including but not limited to ensuring vehicles are locked, locking building doors and gates, and completing daily tasks as assigned.
  • Demonstrate your work ethic for future growth positions.
  • Maintains strict adherence to dealership policy on client vehicle care and operation.
  • Assures that every complete job, whether pre- or post-delivery meets dealership standards 100% of the time.
  • Conduct all business with honesty, integrity and in accordance with Our Values, Code of Business Conduct, and our Polices & Procedures


Job Requirements



  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); one to two years of business experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality.
  • Moderate computer skills, including toggling between systems.
  • Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds.
  • Navigating stairwells to consistently reach inventory.
  • Able to work on your feet for extended periods of time.
  • Is legally able to work in the United States.
  • All applicants must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, drug test, and valid driver license (must be insurable).


Work Environment

The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an associate encounters while performing the essential responsibilities of this job. While performing the duties of this job, the associate is occasionally exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, moving mechanical parts, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and outside weather conditions. The noise level in the work environment varies from low to moderate and on occasion high. Driving & traffic conditions will vary mild to heavy.

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Job Type: Full Time

Schedule:



  • 8-hour shift with unpaid hour lunch
  • Monday to Friday 8am - 5pm and Saturday 9am-6pm (Tuesdays off) Sundays closed
