Line Operator - Full Time. All Shifts

Seeking a motivated Line Operator to join our team. Responsible for maintaining, preparing, and operating production machines.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH:

• Operate, monitors, and adjusts scales, meters, hoists, applicators, machines, and processing equipment.
• Loading, unloading, and processing ingredients as prescribed by the Bill of Materials (BOM).
• Prepareequipment for next shift and product runs including set ups, tear downs, and changeovers.
• Maintaincontrol charts including documenting, interpreting, verifying, and printing information.
• Communicatewith Supervisors, Line Leads, and other Operators on quality and production of material.
• Conductconveyor line checks for foreign material and product checks for quality.
• Supportbreaks for other Operators.
• Performor assists Maintenance with minor repairs or adjustments to machinery and equipment.
• Ensurethat all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's) are followed and the highest standards for quality, safety, andcompliance are promoted.
• Followall company policies & procedures as well as the Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's).

REQUIREMENTS:

• Ability to work overtime, irregular hours, or rotating shifts, required.
• High School Diploma/GED, preferred.

SKILLS:

• 1-6 months of previous food manufacturing and/or Machine Operator experience.
• Ability to do heavy lifting in a fast-paced production environment.
• Ability to do basic math and use calculators.
• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating instructions, and manuals.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) helpful.
• Basic English communication skills, verbal and written, preferred

The approximate hourly pay for this position is $18.71 - $19. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
