Job Summary: The Assistant Vice President Enterprise Services provides executive leadership, management, and administrative and fiscal oversight of the enterprise operations function of the University. Additional Department Summary: Provides the strategic vision's direction and leadership for all activities of Enterprise Services consisting of the following departments: Bryant Conference Center, Printing Services, Transportation Services, contracted services, including Capstone Learning Academy, Residential Hall Laundry Services, Wash and Fold Services, Cable Television Services, and Campus Vending. The Assistant Vice President leads, directs and supports these Enterprise Services Departments. Required Department Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and fifteen (15) years of progressively responsible management and leadership experience, including people and operations management and a minimum five (5) years experience in higher education and working knowledge of Auxiliary Services functions; OR master's and thirteen (13) years of progressively responsible management and leadership experience, including people and operations management and a minimum five (5) years experience in and working knowledge of Auxiliary Services functions. Skills and Knowledge: Excellent communication and project management skills. Financial management knowledge, including oversight of multimillion-dollar budgets and contracts. Preferred Qualifications: Prefer experience with construction projects and/or working with those who oversee construction projects to ensure the business needs are met. Strong problem-solving skills, an ability to collaborate with internal customers and external stakeholders, and a proven track record of working with teams to achieve common goals.
