The Opportunity: The Assistant Director, Prospect Development supports UCF Advancement's Corporate and Foundation Relations (CFR) and Partnerships teams by providing comprehensive prospect research, data analysis, and relationship management. This role serves as a liaison across the university to synthesize actionable data for decision-making, optimize fundraising strategies, and maintain the integrity of Advancement's CRM database and integrated systems. Special Instructions to the Applicants: The anticipated salary range for this position is $56,030 - $68,637. The final salary will be determined based on the candidate's qualifications, experience, and internal equity considerations.
