Part time Occupational Health Registered Nurse
needed for a LONG TERM contract
work opportunity with Yoh's client located in the Oxnard, CA

Flexible hours M-F (during the day when the clinic is open)

This role is responsible for preserving and optimizing the health and well being of approximately 400 employees. The health services program must be in alignment with the key government and corporate medical priorities as well as site-specific goals and objectives.

Top Skills You Should Possess:

• RN Registered nurse in CA (Active and in Good Standing)
• Prior ER, Urgent care or Occupational health experience
• At least (3-4) years of clinical experience as an RN

• Triage and treat employee illnesses and injuries and provide first aid.
• Promotes employee safety in the workplace.
• Maintain confidentiality of all medical information and patient/employee rights.
• Perform administrative and task work duties to deliver operational excellence in all health systems.
• Make prudent judgment calls independent of another health care professional, inclusive of a physician.
• Provide programs that deliver site specific health and safety goals.
• Optimize employee health and well-being by providing health educational tools, lifestyle health counseling and health promotion initiatives.

• Active RN license in CA
• Certifications in National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health (NIOSH) approved spirometry and Council for Accreditation in Occupational Hearing Conservation (CAOHC) desired.
• Must have strong communication skills, problem solving skills, computer skills, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Preferred Certified Occupational Health Nurse
