Shipping & Receiving Associate needed for a full time permanent position for Yoh's client based in Sturtevant, Wisconsin.

Shipping & Receiving Associate
The Shipping & Receiving Associate is responsible for all aspects of picking, staging and final preparation and inspection of out-going shipments to customers. This 1st shift position is also responsible for receiving, unloading and proper storage of incoming inventory.
Duties and Key Responsibilities:
* Locate, pick, and assemble products on pallets for shipment using forklift, hand truck, reach truck, manually lifting and placing of individual boxes.
* On/Off forklift as required for shifting loads and operating shrink wrap machine
* Maintain, clean, and organize inventory and shipping department.
* Ensure correct storage placement of inventory.
* Pick, stage and load outbound containers with finished product to customers and remote warehouses.
* Unload inbound containers, determine the proper place to store products, and accurately maintain inventory locations.
* Assist with other operations team tasks such as but not limited to quality inspections, kit building, and semi-finished goods production.
* Participate in daily MBU meetings with the operations team to stay informed on projects or changes that could potentially impact workflow.
Required Experience:
* 3-5 years practical experience - all phases of warehouse work
* High School diploma or equivalent is required
Technical skills:
* Stand up and sit down forklift experience
* Basic math skills

Position in the Organization:
This position will report directly to the Shipping & Receiving Lead.
Location & Travel:
* On-site only, no opportunity for remote work
* Potential for 3-5 travel days per year
