As a Field House Attendant, you will be responsible for playing a critical part in the management of the SentryWorld Field House operations, as well as providing outstanding customer service to our clients. This role will also have an understanding of all Field House operations and be able to assist as needed in set-up of those activities, and the recreational leagues. What You'll Do Inform customers on SentryWorld services and provide assistance to participants and third-party vendors throughout events Responsible for set-up and take-down of field house activities and league equipment and assists Activities Manager in running events. Ensures that guests are greeted and welcomed in a professional and courteous manner. Maintains a high profile with guests and positively promotes SentryWorld. Schedules future activities and communicates information in a professional and friendly manner. Accurately operates Point of Sale system and handles payments according to procedure. Maintains cleanliness and appearance of SentryWorld Field House. What it Takes High School Diploma or equivalent work experience. Strong customer service skills and ability to resolve issues in a timely and professional manner. Ability to provide effective written and verbal instructions, as well as the ability to carry out detailed written or verbal instructions independently. Work extended/non-standard hours including nights, weekends and holidays as needed.
