*Description*
Qualified candidates will have knowledge of Cisco Call Manager and Cisco UCCX contact center and experience with cloud-based SaaS phone and contact center solutions. *Daily Responsibilities: * oProviding day-to-day operational support and troubleshooting for the network environment (Cisco, Avaya) across voice gateways, virtualization, unity connection, PBX, and more. oFoundational understanding of telephony fundamentals - architectures, models, protocols, IP addressing, basic router/switch configurations, network security, voice router, gateway configuration and support. oConducting triage and resolution of voice & network issues and outages. oWorking on small projects and operational tasks. oCommunicating and coordinating with stakeholders for voice-related service affecting activities. oLearning and adopting new technologies and best practices across telephony, CCaaS, UCaaS, Cloud PBX, AI, and process improvement. oContinuously monitor and analyze voice network traffic usage. Troubleshooting, gateways, cloud, servers, network, configuration, monitoring. oBackup and work in tandem with the current full-time Avaya support person. oResponsible for tasks such as changing call trees, investigating call logs, handling user requests (e.g., headset shipments, voicemail and password resets), and working with the Avaya vendor to resolve major system issues. *Skills* Cisco voice, Voip, Avaya, Telecommunications systems, cisco call manager, phone system, Telecommunication, Ticketing system, Routing *Additional Skills & Qualifications* oKnowledge of Cisco Call Manager and Cisco UCCX contact center oExperience with cloud-based SaaS phone and contact center solutions *Pay and Benefits* The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
