Program Duration: Our program runs approximately 30-40 hours per week, June through mid-August. What you will do: The role encompasses comprehensive support for event planning, logistics, marketing, on-site operations, documentation, communication, budget management, and creative input. Responsibilities include assisting with the coordination of various events, developing timelines, supporting logistics such as venue bookings and catering, and ensuring necessary materials are prepared. Marketing efforts involve creating promotional content and managing registration processes. During events, on-site support is provided for setup and attendee management while maintaining operational flow. Additionally, documentation of planning meetings and post-event feedback collection is conducted for reporting purposes. Communication with vendors and sponsors is essential for alignment, while budget tracking ensures financial constraints are met. Finally, creative contributions are encouraged to enhance overall attendee experiences. Evening and weekend support may be needed. Event Planning Support
