Manager - Google Cloud, APIGEE, Dockers

Job Summary

We are seeking a Technology Architect with 8 to 12 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Spring Boot XML SOAP Google Cloud Platform Docker Container Jenkins APIGEE and related technologies. This role involves designing and implementing scalable solutions ensuring robust security protocols and optimizing cloud infrastructure. The work model is hybrid with no travel required.

Responsibilities

Here is the skillset for the API Management SME with Cloud Supplement.

Drive successful Apigee X deployments in GCP by providing expert guidance on infrastructure design ensuring secure and scalable environments.

Secure APIs by implementing and managing a range of authentication and authorization mechanisms protecting sensitive data and systems.

Enhance API security posture by mitigating common vulnerabilities and adhering to best practices.

Accelerate API delivery through the implementation of robust CI/CD pipelines automating deployments and improving release frequency.

Empower various business units by developing custom Apigee X Shared Flows using advanced JavaScript skills

Skilled at collaboration with various business unit to plan adopt and implement new version of API Endpoint.

Practical technical knowledge in GCP serverless and storage services.

Worked with the team to remediate both API and cloud findings

Participate in cadence to ensure smooth task transition/progress/roadmap.

Certifications Required

Google Cloud Certified - Professional Cloud Architect

APIGEE Certification

Docker Certified Associate

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until February 10, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $112,000 - $132,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
