Job Description Summary:

The Campus Support Administrator will work closely with associated company offices/functions (human resources, security, communications, IT, facilities, procurement, mission assurance, etc) to ensure smooth business operations across the campus. They are skilled in organization, multitasking, problem-solving, outside the box thinking, innovative and initiative driven which fosters a well-functioning work environment. This role ensures all workplace resources and systems run efficiently and are available when employees need them. May support one or several department professionals or leadership of varying levels. Performs advanced tasks under minimal supervision.

Job Description:

Duties/Responsibilities
* Provides complex administrative support duties.
* Prepare reports, meeting minutes and correspondence.
* Create and edit documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
* Manage schedules, arrange appointments and itineraries.
* Coordinate meetings, travel, conference calls, and complete expense reports.
* Answer and transfer phone calls.
* Responds to routine or moderately complex inquiries (via mail, email, phone) with little direction, asking for guidance when necessary.
* Coordinates projects, using all available resources to follow through on issues when needed, applying knowledge as appropriate with little or no direction.
* Tracks expense budgets, performs basic bookkeeping tasks and creates financial reports.
* Tracks and analyzes financial and productivity data, sets up databases.
* Mentors other staff, provides functional guidance, helps with orientation and training.
* Mentors and trains less experienced team members.
* Performs other duties as assigned

Skills/Abilities
* Highly proficient/advanced using office applications (Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
* Highly proficient in all communication skills (phone, verbal and written)
* Ability to handle sensitive information and situations with poise and professionalism
* Ability to proofread and edit written documents
* Excellent organizational, coordination and judgment skills
* Knowledge of financial data and budgets to provide analysis to senior leaders
* Excellent customer service skills with a willingness to provide general guidance and assistance
* Excellent leadership skills in a team environment
* Ability to provide guidance, orient, train and assist other staff

Education
High School Diploma or Equivalent required or Associate's Degree in a related field of Study preferred

Experience
7 - 10 years of administrative support experience required

Additional Job Description:

Applicants selected for this position will be required to obtain and maintain a government security clearance.

Secret clearance is preferred.
