The SA1 will also be required to recruit and consent volunteers, and screen subjects. Responsible for other duties as assigned. A successful candidate will be a self-starter, have excellent organizational and record-keeping skills, and be able to multi-task while maintaining precision and quickness. Lab Mission/Purpose: The mission of CALM is to serve as a bridge between researchers and the hospital clinical laboratory and support clinical laboratory study needs across the institution. Our services include sample procurement, laboratory testing, new assay validation, new instrument validation and FDA device approval studies, sample processing, shipping, handling, storage, phlebotomy and data management.
