Responsibilities Peraton is seeking a Deputy Program Manager ("DPM") to join our team of highly skilled, dedicated, and motivated professionals supporting our federal customer's Infrastructure Operations Program. The Program provides IT Operations and Maintenance to modernize the legacy networks, applications, and databases supporting services. Reporting to the Program Manager, the DPM will be a member of the program leadership team that oversees over 450 team members that provide 24x7x365 IT O&M services to plan, engineer, implement, enhance, maintain, and operate an enterprise IT infrastructure. The DPM is a technical leader who will work with program leadership to evolve and refine technical strategy, ensure sound technical execution, and deliver operational excellence. The DPM will focus on leveraging ITIL/ITSM and infrastructure operations experience to plan, rationalize, and migrate on-premise legacy infrastructure into a hybrid cloud environment. Technical Management: Provide technical oversight to the Security, Operations, and Engineering teams. Apply in-depth knowledge of relevant technologies to contribute effectively to technical discussions and lead the team and customer to make informed decisions.

Location: The Deputy Program Manager must be local to the Washington, DC area. This position is currently hybrid. The DPM must be available to work in Peraton's office in Sterling, VA, at least one day a week and at the customer facility in Washington, DC, at least one day a week. Target Salary Range $176,000 - $282,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors. |
