Overall Responsibility: The MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) Coordinator is responsible for managing and coordinating all MEP-related activities in construction projects. This role ensures that all MEP systems are designed, installed, and function according to project specifications, timelines, and budgets. Responsible for analyzing plans and performing inspections, as well as providing input on the installation process and maintenance of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. This involves ensuring equipment meets all building codes and safety regulations, and that necessary modifications are implemented. Also responsible for staying abreast of changes in the industry and the latest advancements in engineering, as well as proposing solutions to existing problems. Candidate will be required to collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders. Essential Functions:
