Description
Following the recent retirement announcement of a long-standing Leader and the ongoing expansion of our presence in the Western Washington market, we are excited to announce an opportunity for a Private Banking Team Leader. The position will serve the Puget Sound market and manages a team responsible for marketing and growing a portfolio of client relationships including professional services firms in disciplines such as health care providers in medical and dental, law, accounting, architectural, and engineering. In addition, the group provides private banking services to high-net worth business owners, business executives and other professionals.
Overview The Private Banking Team Leader will report directly to Regional President of West and North Puget Sound. This role involves leading a team focused on marketing and expanding a diverse portfolio of client relationships including individual high net worth clients, professional services firms in disciplines such as health care providers in medical and dental, law, accounting, architectural, and engineering. The team leader is accountable to manage credit and account activities to ensure profitable customer portfolios and manage credit risk within the loan portfolio. Additionally, they provide sales management, support and decision making for the team to attain goals, assure prompt communication of Bank, Division and Market strategies, and adhere to loan policies, procedures, laws and applicable regulations. They are responsible for the daily oversight and administration of workflow of the team. The team leader sets performance goals, monitors and reviews goal progress quarterly. They will be responsible for conducting annual performance reviews, identifying career development plans and coaching to providing exceptional client service and relationship building activities. Compensation: $197,154 - $295,731 The compensation range represents the low and high end of the base compensation range for this position located in Seattle, WA. Actual compensation will vary and may be above or below the range based on various factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. This position is also eligible to participate in an applicable annual bonus and incentive compensation plan.
