ED Radiology for World Class Academic Center - 1 Week On/2 Weeks Off!

The Department of Radiology at NYU Langone Health is looking for candidates versed in ED work for an overnight position working on a desirable 1 week on/2 weeks off schedule. Our extensive and excellent group of ED imagers includes neuro and body fellowship trained staff always a button click away on our easy to use communicator system. Our radiologists work on a state-of-the-art Visage PACs, employing a smart case distributor to ensure that work is apportioned equally across our system. We are staffed 24/7 by a crew of reading room coordinators who operate our concierge service to facilitate communication between our imagers and our clinical staff. Our ED system includes three certified stroke centers and three Level 1 trauma centers, including Bellevue, considered by many to be the premier public hospital in the country.

Our Emergency Radiology Team consists of 30 full time staff with additional coverage provided by moonlighters.

The shifts are 9 hours from 11P - 8AM. This is the perfect job for a radiologist with an interest in ED radiology who wants to practice in a stimulating and challenging environment with a desirable work schedule.

Salary ranges between $400,000 - $550,0000 and is commensurate with qualifications and experience. NYU offers a generous benefits package.

Qualified applicants must be ABR certified, or eligible for certification.
