About the role - you will:
- Support Learning and Development team in design and delivery of training courses.
- Regular review and update of the programs in line with organization needs.
- Evaluate all training effectiveness to continually assess content is fit for purpose.
- Continually evolve and improve our learning offerings.
- Participate in regional projects and programs as required.
- Monitoring how effectively learning has been transferred to employees.
- Help the Learning and Development team to diagnose learning needs across the organization.
- Regularly engage project management, data analysis, organization, communication drafting, and graphic design.
About you:
- Passionate about learning and development (and/or human resources).

- Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment and with multiple priorities.
- Good communication, interpersonal skills and stakeholder management skills.
- Team player, collaborative approach and resourceful.

Your experience includes:
- Interest in Learning and Development processes with a desire to learn and grow.
- Working with Microsoft applications, especially PowerPoint and Excel
- Courses or project experience in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communication, Design, or related areas are a plus!
- Current student in a Bachelor's program studying Human Resources, Learning and Development, or relatedand returning to classes in Fall 2025

Our Normandale campus spans two suburbs, Edina and Bloomington, and serves as the Recording Head development and manufacturing arm of Seagate. The estimated base wage range for this position is $18.00 - $24.00/hr. The individual base wage is based on work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Seagate offers comprehensive benefits to its eligible Interns, including, but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, and participation in the employee stock purchase plan. Seagate also offers Interns 12 paid holidays and a minimum of 48 hours of paid sick leave.
