Job Summary

The Digital Sales Coordinator will assist the Sales team with digital ad campaigns. This position will support the Digital Sales Manager as well as Account Executives. Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following duties.

Duties/Responsibilities

  • Measure and support successful audience delivery for all digital campaigns.
  • Responsible for traffic operations and management for all digital products.
  • Manage creative requests, proofs, and traffic.
  • Provide reciprocal support to Digital Sales Manager and Account Executives.
  • Collaborate with Sales team, agency partners, and outside vendors to execute digital ad campaigns.
  • Ensure accuracy and follow-through of orders relating to digital advertising campaigns.
  • Work closely with the AdOps team to manage and execute digital ad campaigns.
  • Observe and report weekly on all pacing and delivery through Google Ad Manager and Madhive.
  • Support campaign entry, setup, management, and reporting through Wide Orbit.
  • Partner with Account Executives to gather campaign assets from clients, agencies, and internal teams.
  • Work closely with the Finance team to audit and reconcile digital contracts.
  • Enter make-good orders on any under delivered advertising campaigns.
  • Track and report on media asset performance and perform related administrative activities.
  • Provide Account Executives with monthly recaps on clients' campaign performance.
  • Assist with and participate in client meetings, projects, and special assignments.
  • Maintain a sustainable digital e-records management system containing reports, campaign recaps, campaign screen shots, and proofs of campaign launches for all placements, creative trafficking, insertion orders, etc.
  • Demonstrate responsibility for all equipment issued by FOX.
  • Comply with all FOX Corporate computer requirements.
  • Comply with all FOX Corporate and station policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Abilities

  • Knowledge of Google Ad Manager.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently under daily pressure and successfully manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience with Wide Orbit a plus.

Education and Experience

  • 1-2 years of successful experience in the digital media industry, Digital Video Advertising, and/or Digital Agency/Digital Publisher experience preferred.
  • Familiarity with basic media technology.
  • Sales and Marketing experience preferred.
  • College degree preferred.

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay rate/range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on education, skills, experience, and location is $28.85-31.63 per hour for high cost labour markets such as but not limited to New York City and Los Angeles, $24.00-26.25 per hour for all other US locations. This role is also eligible for various benefits, including medical/dental/vision, insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid time off, and other benefits in accordance with applicable plan documents. Benefits for Union represented employees will be in accordance with the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
