Benchmark Behavioral Health System Hawaii is a 10-bed behavioral health facility that serves adolescent boys in a residential setting, and we are looking to hire a Facility Manager - Environment of Care/Safety Officer. Knowledge of the general construction trades, mechanical repair and maintenance, and the requirement of institutional maintenance of comparable sized facilities. Graduation from a standard high school or equivalent and completion of specialized course work or training in institutional or facilities maintenance. Prefer a minimum of 3 years' experience in facilities management and safety management including supervisory experience. Knowledge of Information Technology. Must be willing and physically capable of responding to a physically aggressive client using the CPI Nonviolent Crisis Intervention method. This procedure may include but is not limited to kneeling, squatting, bending, and lifting.
