Field Technician - Commercial Security Systems

Location: Indianapolis, IN

We're seeking a skilled Field Technician to join our Indianapolis team, focusing on installing and maintaining security systems from top brands like Brivo, Eagle Eye, Open Path, RS2, Hanwha, and Vanderbilt.


What You'll Do:

  • Install and troubleshoot access control, CCTV, intercoms, and security systems.
  • Ensure precise wiring, system adjustments, and customer satisfaction.
  • Remove and replace electrical hardware and door components safely.
  • Provide detailed wiring diagrams upon project completion.
  • Communicate professionally with customers, sales teams, and supervisors.


What You'll Bring:

  • Technical certification, relevant experience, or military background in electrical/mechanical fields.
  • Knowledge of low-voltage wiring, blueprints, and troubleshooting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a valid driver's license with a clean record.
  • Physical ability to lift up to 75 lbs., climb ladders, and perform hands-on tasks.
