Job Summary

The Learning Administrator provides resource, administrative and system support to client, facilitators, trainees and third-party organizations, focusing on ensuring efficient, accurate and timely delivery and tracking of various training programs.

Key Activities:



  • Management of instructor and moderator calendars through a scheduling tool.
  • Created, scheduled and managed class and enrollment configurations for learning events in the main learning management system.
  • Coordination of training configuration outside the learning management system through facilitators.
  • Coordination of schedules for instructors and spaces to create course offers.
  • These responsibilities include ensuring data accuracy, coordinating with outside vendors, maintaining attendance records, managing assessments, generating reports to measure program efficiency and trainee progress, maintaining appropriate inventory and supply levels, and distributing documents. related to service requests, visa letters and completion certificates as required. They are also responsible for ensuring that all invitations and preparations for classes are carried out appropriately and in compliance with established requirements. Additionally, they manage supplier billing and ensure that payment is made according to agreed terms and conditions.


Qualifications



  • Bachelor's degree in economic, administrative, communications, or marketing areas
  • Previous experience in training logistics
  • Previous experience in LMS system administration experience
  • Advanced Excel (database crossing, conditionals, pivot tables)
  • Office tools (Word, PPT)
  • Intermediate/Advanced English
  • Desirable knowledge of videoconferencing tools (Webex)
