Description
Assists Market Directors in providing leadership across the branch network and as a mentor and role model to other Branch Managers including on-site training and development. Assumes overall responsibility for growing the business of the assigned branch or branches and helping Langley achieve success. Effectively manages the members' demands, including defining effectiveness and success for teammates, targeting resources to ensure success, and reviewing if actions are relevant and effective to the organization's overall goals. Leads staff and utilizes resources to provide members of Langley with impeccable service. Trains staff to use consultative selling to offer financial products and services that meet or exceed members' needs. Provides Branch Services Staff with ongoing individual coaching to support their continued development. Develops new business for Langley through community outreach and networking.
