for a rewarding customer service opportunity? Staffmark is hiring a Logistics Coordinator - Customer Service to join a dynamic team and ensure a high level of service to clients. This role will focus on building and maintaining strong relationships with customers' front-line personnel across various divisions and subsidiaries.

Pay: $20.00 per hour

Shift: 1st Shift | 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Responsibilities:



  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customer front-line personnel.
  • Prepare, analyze, and submit documentation to U.S. Customs, agents, and clients to ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations related to customs and transportation.
  • Identify, anticipate, and resolve problems that may delay the timely release or movement of freight.
  • Maintain relationships with brokers, T&B, and other service providers to exceed customer service requirements.
  • Resolve banking and letter of credit issues and advise customers on payment terms.
  • Resolve billing issues, ensure accurate invoicing, and handle vendor payments.
  • Accurately input data or make corrections in computer files.
  • Obtain payment on delinquent accounts and complete necessary accounting adjustment forms.
  • For transportation associates, develop rates and quotes, research and negotiate carrier rates, and resolve billing issues.
  • Coordinate post-entry activities on behalf of customers.
