Cognizant is looking to hire a motivated and energetic Sr Full Stack Java Developer, an individual who develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL, with extensive experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

* Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL.

* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop and implement new features and enhancements.

* Ensure the performance quality and responsiveness of applications.

* Identify and resolve software defects and issues in a timely manner.

* Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with team members.

* Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

* Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the team is using the best practices.

* Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.

* Develop and execute unit tests to ensure the reliability of the software.

* Optimize application performance and scalability.

* Document software design and development processes.

* Ensure compliance with security and data protection standards.

* Contribute to the continuous improvement of the development process.

Key Qualifications:

* 6+ years of experience in program/project management.

* Possess a strong understanding of AWS React JS SQL Spring Boot Java JavaScript and MySQL.

* With extensive experience in Medicare & Medicaid Claims Claims and Payer domains.

* Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

* Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.

* Show a proactive approach to learning and adapting to new technologies.

* Hold a Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
