How you make a difference in this role: The role of Complaint Coordinator is a very vital position within the Office of Investigations. As a Complaint Coordinator team member, you will play a intricate part of processing each complaint filed against a health care provider. Job Overview: The Admin Services Assistant 3 (ASA 3) will represent the Department in processing complaints filed against licensed healthcare providers on behalf of the 34 health related boards for the State of Tennessee; coordinates with board consultants and staff attorneys with the Office of General Counsel; prepares case costing and consultant review vouchers; schedules complaint reviews; and assists in opening and evaluating complaints. Key Responsibilities: The duty for this position involves the processing, evaluating, and preparing complaints for review by board consultants and staff attorneys with the Office of General Counsel.
