Job Description: RED Lattice is seeking a talented and motivated Technical Account Manager to join our elite team of cybersecurity professionals to solve real-time cyber challenges. Looking for individuals who enjoy working on a mission-focused team that works very closely with our end users.

The candidates' responsibilities shall cover the following areas:
- Maintain customer deployed network infrastructure (Linux servers, network services, VPN's, ESXi servers, security solutions, monitoring, etc.)
- Implement security policies on endpoints and servers by using the most advanced technology and solutions on the market
- Perform basic software troubleshooting and diagnostics
- Serve as the point of contact for unresolved problems from the Help Desk or NOC
- Install hardware and software including operating system patches
- Responsible for providing computer hardware, software and network technical support to end-users remotely or on-site
- Work directly with clients on new or existing issues, and when necessary, escalating to the relevant teams (bugs, feature requests, or other technical issues)
- Maintaining a good working relationship with the other teams (Infrastructure, R&D, etc.)
Successful candidates' requirements:
- Prior experience in an intelligence collection mission is preferred
- Must be familiar with troubleshooting techniques for a wide range of electronic communications components for cellular and digital systems in order to isolate and resolve faults
- Must possess excellent customer presentation skills and exceptional communication and interpersonal skills for direct dealing with the customer, contractor partners, and sub-contractors
- Deep understanding of IP and cellular networks with hands on experience in multi-layered and scalable systems
- Proven experience as a System Administrator in a mission critical environment
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes
- Familiar with SQL/NoSQL queries
- Experience with Linux/Unix systems
- Some familiarity with networking protocols, firewalls
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills and ability to work across time zones
- Ability to work under pressure
- Ability to work flexible/non-standard hours
Security Clearance requirements:
- Current active US Security clearance (Top Secret SCI preferred)
