Director of Pharmacy As a full time, exempt Director of Pharmacy with CPS Solutions, LLC at CenterPointe Hospital in St. Charles, your duties will include pharmacy organization of workflow, formulary management, operating the pharmacy according to hospital policies, standards of practice of the profession, and state and federal laws. You will recommend innovations in the practice and function of the pharmacy to hospital administration and carry out mutually agreed upon programs. In addition, you will be staffing and overseeing all pharmacy operations, including planning, organizing and controlling activities. You will fill orders with accuracy; maintain security of pharmacy and controlled substances; enter orders and patient information with accuracy. You will also oversee a staff of Pharmacists and Pharmacy Technicians (5 total). This full time position works primarily Monday-Friday with on call, and provides occasional weekend time off coverage. As a CPS-employed Director of Pharmacy, you'll have a full support team available to you including experts in operations, clinical, and regulatory. Schedule: Typically Monday - Friday 8 AM- 4:30 PM. May cover PTO on weekends as needed Salary Range: $140,000-$150,000 based on experience Required Qualifications:
